This is a Full-time position in Boston, MA posted June 11, 2020.

We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company Efficiently operates, and continuously improves employee pre-placement, onboarding, and timely return to work practices; ensures adherence to occupational regulations, policy interpretation and implementation, to ensure a productive, engaged, and satisfied company workforce.

Develops and utilizes projected analysis to plan, communicate, and fulfill employee demand for services, in a method which both increases patient satisfaction and fulfills the expectation of transparency and collaboration with hospital departments and leaders.

Effectively hires, manages and engages the Working Well staff to deliver a high level or service and patient care in line with company business priorities, processes, and vision.

Build reports and continually analyzes information, manages projects and strategizes new avenues to improve operations, address inefficiencies and enhance service delivery.

Cultivates strong relationships and serve as the business liaison with hospital leaders, to progress the operations of the clinic and resolve problems that so that employees can contribute to operations and service delivery at the highest level possible.

Utilizes the latest trends of technology evaluation/assessment to recommend and implement performance enhancing solutions to clinical delivery and reporting capability.

Delivers effective modalities for gathering patient feedback on service delivery for both providers and staff; collaborates with clinic leadership to respond to any complaints or indications of any insufficient levels of service.

Participates in hospital-wide quality assurance activities.

In collaboration with hospital clinic leaders, partners in efforts in continuous quality improvement by involvement in cross-functional teams.

Participates in establishing and implementing quality assurance standards for the WWC Clinic.

In collaboration with clinic leaders, ensures compliance with standards and regulations from federal, state and local governments, as well as other regulatory bodies such as JCHAO.

Ideal candidates will have experience in managing a fast-paced and changing clinical practice and will have a high level of emotional intelligence.

An experience and mixture of team management, strong business operational management and realized process improvement is essential to this role.

Preferred candidates will have a Master’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration, and will have at least five years of clinical management experience.Pandologic.
