Responsibility is centralized in these key areas: leadership, clinical practice, professional development, financial management, performance improvement, strategic planning, and personnel management. The Nurse Manager works in collaboration with the Medical Director and Practice Manager/Operations Supervisor. Responsibilities: This Nurse Manager will oversee Cambridge Pediatrics and Vaccine Management. Qualifications/Requirements: Education/Training: BSN required, Master’s Degree in Nursing or Health Care Related Field strongly preferred. Licensure: MA. RN Licensure required Certifications: Maintains current AHA Basic Life Support ” C” certification Work Experience: Five years of management experience in a health care setting.
