Description Compass Health Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant.

We are looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant that can complete the following responsibilities: Measuring & recording vitals (height, weight, blood pressure, heart rate, respirations, temperature, pulse oximetry) Performing basic materials management functions to include ordering and stocking of supplies Assisting providers with writing laboratory orders and retrieving results Specimen collection (buccal swab for genetic testing) You would be the ideal candidate, if you: Successful completion of an accredited CNA program with active licensure in Illinois Current CPR certification (BLS) Exceptional organizational skills Strong interpersonal communication skills Experience in an ambulatory setting is preferred Experience in mental health is preferred The benefits of working at Compass Health Center: Compass Health Center offers our full time employees a competitive total compensation package, including: Comprehensive Health, Dental, Vision and Accident Insurance 401K with generous company match Increased PTO with years of employment Performance based raise structure, with the opportunity for an annual raise, up to 6%, based on annual review No weekends or on call responsibilities (per department) Annual CEU series provided on site
