Job Summary
The Health Coach RN ensures delivery of Onlife’s lifestyle coaching program,drives outcomes for participants, and addresses client expectations. The HealthCoach RN provides clinical interventions in an efficient and effective mannerensuring that each interaction is valuable to the participant.

Essential Functions

Manage Case load
Drive positive health outcomes of their participants.
Address barriers and identify opportunities for the participants.
Work with other departments to solve participant issues in a timely manner.
Ensure that documentation is completed.
Set SMART goals with the participant and document action steps needed tocomplete the goals.
Send appropriate supporting educational materials to the participant.
Assist participants in individualized goal-setting, using readinessassessment, principles of motivational interviewing, and appropriate clinicalcommunications.
Meet and exceed standards for productivity and quality
Understand and maintain coaching center goals of success.
Attend all clinical, client, and operational meetings and training
Attend and complete training opportunities, in both classroom and onlinesettings (CEUs available for qualified candidates).
Maintain all necessary certifications, updates and licensures for coaching
Receive necessary certifications, updates, and licensures for coaching.

Required Work Experience

• 1+ years related work experience with clinical experience orone-year experience in health and wellness coaching, personal training, healtheducation, counseling or social work.
• Related Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalentwork experience in a health-related discipline including nursing, dietetics,exercise science, counseling, psychology, social work, or health education
• RN – Registered Nurse – State Licensure and/or Compact StateLicensure Current TN Licensure Upon Hire
• 1-year clinical experience or 1-year experience in health andwellness coaching, personal training, health education, counseling, or socialwork required.
• Experience with clinical health education in areas of, butnot limited to, weight management, tobacco cessation, stress management, andphysical activity preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel andPowerPoint)
• Proficient oral and written communication skills
• Proficient interpersonal and organizational skills
• Passion and personal accountability for improving health ofprogram participants.
• Knowledge and understanding of various biometric resultsincluding, but not limited to blood pressure, cholesterol, body mass index, andother variables of health preferred.
