If you are eager to develop a presence with heavy focus digitally, online, enjoy building a strong corporate brand and have 5+ years current marketing experience, ideally in the Pharmaceutical space we would like to hear from you.About AmplityAmplity Health is the true partner of global healthcare companies who builds transformational solutions by challenging the boundaries of commercialization strategies to improve the lives of patients.We do this through:Commercialization – Amplity Health has the expertise, people and infrastructure to meet a wide range of commercialization challengesClinical & Medical Outsourced Solutions – Building end to end external engagement solutions and capabilities across clinical and medical affairs globallyConsulting – Building end to end external engagement solutions and capabilities across clinical and medical affairs globallyRemote Engagement – Alternative channels across the medical and commercial continuum to engage with HCPs and patientsField Outsourced Solutions – Tailored field team programs to meet a wide range of objectives and client needsPurpose of RoleThe Global Head of Marketing & Communications is responsible responsibility for the Amplity’s company’s market position and achieve desired business goals.Key accountabilities: Responsible for the annual marketing plan, strategy and teamIdentify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies/materials, brand management working closely with the Amplity teams to establish measurements of success, analyze marketing performance, and identify test-and-learn opportunitiesBuild, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team (as Amplity grows)Ensure alignment of creative strategy with campaign objectives, provide audience insights to aid in development of creative, and act as stewards of overall brand positioning across AmplityResponsible for the marketing development, implementation and coordination of an annual, strategic, special events calendar, to include conferences, trade shows and eventsDirect and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reportsResponsible for web design, content management and online brand awarenessResponsible for SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound/outbound trafficOversees all social media outlets directly or indirectly associated with Amplity such as Facebook, Twitter and blogs connected with online communication; and maintain/update coverage contained and posted through these outlets as well as review and edit any content or coverage posted by staff members or by the general publicManage marketing budget and expendituresMaintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channelsIdentify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counter-strategiesIntegrate and manage 3rd party vendors as they pertain to relevant marketing events/forums for AmplityOversees communications efforts regarding public relations, messaging, writing and distributing press releases, etc.Follow all Amplity policies and proceduresOther duties as assignedEssential Skills, Knowledge and ExperienceBachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, or relevant field required. MBA/MA preferred5+ years of communication and marketing experience in an allied industry- required 8-10+ years preferred.Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry environment preferred5+ years working with diverse groups of people in a team environmentProven experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaignsSolid knowledge of SEO, web analytics and Google AdwordsStrong analytical, planning, forecasting and budgeting skillsExperience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniquesProven record of aligning an organization and its owners around the brand and marketing strategyOther requirementsAPR (Accredited in Public Relations) Certification preferredTravel <30%Performance CompetenciesThese are core traits we look for in all candidates and potential employees.
