Thisposition is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday – Friday. Employees are requiredto have flexibility to work any of our 8 hour shift schedules during our normalbusiness hours of (7:00am – 7:00pm). It may be necessary, given the businessneed, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 2725 Mall Drive, Eau Claire, WI 54701.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Performsend to end claims processing across all states and products assigned

• Demonstratedproficiency in all technical applications (technical skills and systemknowledge) and claims processing instructions
• Complywith all current policies, procedures and workflows
• Stay upto date with changing policies and guidelines for claims processing. Analyzesand identify trends and provide reports as necessary
• Consistentlymeet established productivity, schedule adherence and quality standards
• Takeownership of resolution inquires—works independently, with a minimum ofsupervision required on routine tasks
• Thinksoutside the box and focuses on achieving the right quality outcome
• Abilityto works independently and collaborate with others on a consistent basis

This isa challenging role that takes an ability to thoroughly review, analyze andresearch complex health care claims in order to identify discrepancies, verifypricing, confirm prior authorizations and process them for payment. You’ll needto be comfortable navigating across various computer systems to locate criticalinformation. Attention to detail is critical to ensure accuracy, which will impactthe timely processing of the member’s claim.

Required Qualifications:

• An education level of at least a high school diploma or GEDOR equivalent years of work experience
• 1+ years of experience in a related environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools
• 1+ years experience processing medical, dental, prescription or mental health claims
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
• Proficiency with Windows PC applications, which includes theability to navigate multiple programs and learn new and complex computer systemapplications
• Ability to work any shift between the hours of 7:00am and 7:00pm, Monday through Friday
