Five Stars from Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for overall hospital quality Who You Are An action-oriented leader who enjoys working in a faced-paced environment You have a vast knowledge and understanding of a STEMI program and other key functions that a progressive cardiovascular lab performs You have mastered your interpersonal relationship skills through collaboration and partnership with key stakeholders You can effectively hold staff accountable in achieving optimal efficiencies and patient care outcomes You engage staff by seeking out their ideas and contributions What Youll Do Successfully lead a group of high-quality and respected cardiovascular healthcare professionals through the coordination of available resources, guiding strategic direction of both the cath labs and cardiovascular recovery departments, and assuring the accountability of healthcare professionals to support delivery of superb healthcare services to our patients Work diligently with key stakeholders to maintain and continually develop Asantes cardiovascular, endovascular and interventional radiology services along with our new interventional stroke program Work to develop seamless interdepartmental communication and teamwork between the interventional cath lab and cardiovascular recovery along with other key stakeholder departments Develop and discover the ever-changing growth for the cardiovascular recovery and interventional cath lab through the various facets of learning in modern technology Develop annual operating budget and capital expenditure plan, including a mechanism to monitor plan implementation and outcomes Engage in the performance improvement process to assure that the quality and patient safety between both departments drive excellence in patient care What You Must Have Experience 3 years progressive leadership or supervisory nursing experience required Previous experience in an interventional cath lab environment required Education Bachelors Degree in Nursing required upon start or completed within 6 months of hire Masters Degree in Nursing preferred Licensure/Certification Registered Nurse (RN) licensed by Oregon State Board of Nursing (or eligible for licensure) required Basic Life Support (BLS) certified by American Heart Association (AHA) required Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) credential preferred What We Offer Opportunity to work for an award-winning Healthcare System A dynamic and supportive leadership team who is invested in your growth An unparalleled, supportive culture that leads to award-winning patient outcomes Excellent base pay, comprehensive benefits and performance-based incentives Relocation Assistance and Sign-on Bonuses Generous time off package including 8 holidays that supports a healthy work/life balance Substantial retirement package that includes a 6% employer contribution About Asante and Southern Oregon Asante is a local, community owned and governed, not-for-profit organization that provides comprehensive health care services to more than 550,000 people in a nine-county area of Southern Oregon and Northern California.
