PDL is responsible for identifying HCPs who care for patients with hematological rare disorders through face-to-face disease education, diagnostic testing and other tools. PDL will work independently and collaboratively with Regional Medical Scientific Liaisons and the Clinical Operations team to support patients’ identification and company related clinical research programs. Extensive domestic travel will be required. The appropriate candidate will help drive appropriate testing through pharma third party sponsored program.Collaborate with the medical affairs team to execute diagnostic initiatives to ensure rapid diagnosis, leading to potential referral to the clinical trials sponsored by pharma.Responsible for implementing changes that drive earlier patient diagnosis, quality testing, understandable result reporting, and access to relevant testing through the program initiative.Align with key providers that seek to identify relevant patients with hematological rare diseases through thoughtful interaction focused on genetic testing and what the results mean to the diagnosis pathway.Working collaboratively with multiple cross-functional areas including: medical, legal, and clinical operations is essential to driving success.Identify, develop and execute a multidisciplinary team approach for SCN, including WHIM with focus mainly on HCPs within community healthcare and hospital settings.Targeting key customers based on Target List, business need and competitive intelligence.Demonstrate leadership around compliance and adhere to compliance rules and guidelinesExperience Required:Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required, RN, Genetic Counselor preferred.Knowledge and experience within the genetic testing milieu is highly desirable.This role requires the ability to provide clinical /scientific education to assist the strategic accounts.Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and cross-collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.3+ years field-based experience in biopharmaceutical industry preferred.Proven track record of delivering results that meet or exceed targeted objectives.Documented track record of delivering consistent, exceptional levels of performanceAbility to manage ambiguity, navigate complexity, and be creative and solutions-orientedDiverse patient profiles which do not always lend themselves to simple segmentation and categorization for diagnostic and/or treatment decisionsAbility to build lasting relationships with institutions and practices with barriers to accessHematology, rare disease, orphan drug, preferredSpecialty pharmacy distribution knowledge and understanding preferredExcellent written and verbal skillsThese are core traits we look for in all candidatesDrive for ResultsPlanning and organizationInterpersonal skills/collaborationCommunication skillsCustomer focusInnovationIntegrity/accountabilityProblem solving/decision makingValuesThese are our company values that we expect all candidates and potential employees to embody as these values strongly underpin our culture:ExcellencePassionIntegrityInnovationCollaborationWe do not recruit away from our active clients.ABOUT USAmplity provides a comprehensive array of multichannel message delivery solutions to the life sciences industry.
