Registered Nurse – Fertility Nurse Educator – Work from Home

Job DescriptionThe primary responsibility of the Nurse Clinical Educator, Fertility Sales is to work directly with the physician offices and patients to ensure optimal care to fertility patients that provide timely medication delivery, and educational support and guidenance throughout the fertility journey. This role is also the liaison and sales support for the Sales team, Fertiliy operations team and the customer. 1. Patient Support & Educationa. Responsible for initial introduction & medication review, program and injection training, and ongoing guidance throughout program cycle as needed. b. Provides assistance to patients by being available to assist the after hours pharmacy staff, as needed.c. Knowledgeable in the financial resources available to patients and works closely with operations team to ensure resources are applied appropriately. d. Provide counsel to patients on available financial resources and direct them to the proper programs to meet their needs. 2. Sales responsibilities and support a. Provides oversight and support to sales non-clinical team members by being available for follow-up and support with all clinical issues.b. Responsible for maintaining office relationships and upselling the services of CVS Healthc. Create and maintain marketing presentations to be presented in collaboration with Territory Sales Execs to increase business potential. c. Responsible for national territory oversite and support for all key clients. d. Act as back up for TSE’s in all territories3. Physician and clinic support. a. Provides in-depth training on Fertility medications and support to therapy nurses who will be providing care to Fertility patients.b. Provides verbal and written communications to health care providers to support patients treatment success. c. Educates offices on new available therapies and protocols. 4. Operational support a. Liaison for patient and physicians with Operational fertility team to ensure cycle timelines are met and financial resources are in place.b. Follow up on physician referrals for patients who are pending service. c. . Provide training and educates on new available therapies and protocols to all new and current fertitlity operational staff.Required Qualifications 2+ years’ fertility experience 5+ years in a clinical role with patient contact Experience in medical insurance billing and/or financial assistance Ability to establish strong relationships with patients, providers, and team members Strong verbal and written communication skills. High level of quality and productivity Solution-oriented Excellent proven interpersonal skills with the ability to teach and motivate others Ability to communicate effectively with patients, physician office staff, and all levels of leadership and staff Ability and willingness to adapt and be flexible to change Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills Extreme attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to travel at least 10-15% annually to regional and national conferences as needed Proficient with Microsoft Word and Microsoft ExcelCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
