Registered Nurse – Women’s Health Services Float Team – 0.7 FTE (PMs)

We Are Hiring: Registered Nurse – Women’s Health Services Float Team – 0.7 FTE (PMs) Women’s Health Services is happy to announce the creation of the women’s services float team. This RN staffing team will serve our community of women and their newborns at both Waukesha Memorial and Oconomowoc Memorial Hospitals and will earn additional compensation based on specialty tiers. The creation of this team is based on several considerations including team member satisfaction, market trends, and operational needs. Schedule Details: Evening (PM) shift includes weekend (every third) and holiday rotation; includes a call rotation depending on the tier level. The Service Line Specialty Groups are grouped by nursing disciplines and receive a floating differential based on the nurse’s hour commitment, flexibility and competency in the Service Line Specialty Groups of Labor & Delivery, NICU, Mom & Baby, Antepartum, GYN, and Pediatrics. What You Will Do: The Clinical Nurse in our Women’s Health Services Float team is a competent practitioner who integrates theoretical knowledge with clinical experience in the care of patients and families. Care is delivered using a deliberate, systematic approach and practice is guided by increasing awareness of patterns of patient responses in recurrent situations. What You Will Need:Registered Nurse in the State of WisconsinAssociate’s Degree in nursing; bachelor’s preferredBasic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA); or ability to obtain certification upon hireNeonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification; or ability to obtain certification upon hirePrevious NICU or Labor & Delivery experience needed.Experience in one or more of the following is preferred: Antepartum, GYN, Mom & Baby or Pediatrics Ability to meet all necessary competencies within 6 months of hire#LI-JM *CAProHealth Care has been the health care leader in Waukesha County and surrounding areas for the past century, providing outstanding care across a full spectrum of services.
