Hopeful, Understanding, Moral, Awesome, Nurturing.At McKinley, you can Be Your Best H.U.M.A.N.Compensation and Benefits:The pay range were offering is $107,000- $119,000 annually depending on experience.Our people are the heart of our organization, which is why we offer robust benefits to support your health and wellness as well as your personal and financial well-being.* Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance- we offer a company defined contribution of $500/month* Life Insurance* Flexible Spending Account* Paid Time Off* Sick Time* Paid Holidays* 403(b) retirement plan with company match up to 3%* Employee Assistance Program* Tuition Reimbursement* Employee Referral Bonus* Credit Union Membership* Training Opportunities to Further Personal and Professional GrowthQualifications:* Masters Degree and Licensure by BBS* Minimum of 5 years of experience working in DMH-contracted mental health settings* 4 years supervisory experience preferredKey Responsibilities:* Oversee Mental Health Services including supervision of department Directors and Managers.* Participate in the hiring and evaluation of professional staff and cultivate effective team operation.* Monitor all aspects of the mental health program to assure that the physical, social, and psychological needs of the children and families are met.* Ensure compliance to regulations set forth by the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (and other Counties) as well as other state and federal agencies and accreditation bodies.* Work with administrative and program staff to provide a culturally competent system of care.* Provide training to staff as needed.* Assure staff has DMH required trainings.* In Conjunction with the Chief Program Officer, oversee the annual budget and monitor expenses throughout the year.* Work with other department Directors/Clinical Supervisors to increase clear communication and mutual support between programs.* Monitor care records to assure that required treatment documentation is included and meets agency and professional standards.* Work jointly with the Quality Systems department to monitor program quality, documentation standards and outcomes and facilitate chart reviews and corrections.* In conjunction with the Chief Program Officer, monitor and review department protocol/policies and procedures and productivity/time-management.* Actively participate in the agencys Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) process.* Participate in strategic planning and assist the agency in the growth of programs and services.* Actively lead and initiate changes in programs as needed* Assume other related duties as assigned.Why Should You Apply?* Our Mission- work for an organization that makes a real difference in peoples lives* Competitive pay* Several benefit options* Employee tuition reimbursement* Great training for staffMcKinley embraces professionalism and equal opportunity by building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
